Appalachia Digital Accelerator
Bradley County
Bradley County is committed to creating a fully connected community where every resident has access to reliable, affordable high-speed internet. Developed through the Appalachia Digital Accelerator, the county’s Community Connectivity Plan focuses on addressing gaps in infrastructure, affordability, and digital literacy. With a vision of fostering economic growth and educational opportunity, Bradley County is taking steps to bridge the digital divide and ensure access to the tools needed for a thriving community.
Bradley’s Community Connectivity Plan provides a strategic roadmap for expanding broadband infrastructure and improving access across the county. Key initiatives include prioritizing fiber-based connectivity, enhancing affordability for low-income households, and launching digital literacy programs. The plan also emphasizes public-private partnerships to accelerate network deployment and integration of community resources, such as libraries and schools, to support digital equity efforts. By aligning with state and federal funding opportunities, the plan aims to position Bradley County as a leader in regional connectivity and digital inclusion.

Our Broadband Connectivity Plan is more than just expanding internet access—it’s about creating opportunities, strengthening our communities, and ensuring that every resident, student, and business has the tools they need to thrive. Reliable high-speed internet is essential for education, healthcare, economic growth, and overall quality of life. By working together to advance this plan, we are building a more connected, innovative, and future-ready Bradley County.
